Udaya Bhanu is Telivision Anchor and film actress. She was born on Aug 5, 1973 at Sultanabad, Karimnagar, Telangana, India. Her father S. K. Patel was a doctor, her mother Aruna is an Ayurvedic doctor. She has one broyher named Lenin. Her father died when Udaya Bhanu was four years old. Bhanu studied in Sultanabad up to 10th class and went on to pursue an MA degree in literature. At 15 Udaya Bhanu was forced into marriage with a Muslim man, but she is not accepting that marraige. Udaya Bhanu remarried Vijay.

Acting Entry

Uday Bhanu first Debutd in a hit limelight at age 14 in Yerra Sainyam. She later bagged a popular show on television called ”Horlicks Hridayanjali”. Then she followed up with other popular shows like Once More Please dance show on Sun networks Gemini channel.

Career

Later She done other shows easily such as “Sahasam Cheyara Dimbhaka” and “Jaanavule Nerajaanavule” both on Gemini channel and “Nee Illu Bangaram Kanu” on Zee Telugu channel to name a few. She also played lead roles in a couple of Kannada films and has acted in an unreleased Tamil film Chinna Ramasamy Periya Ramasamy co-starrig Jayaram by R. V. Udayakumar. She performed item numbers in three Telugu films Aapada Mokkula Vaadu (2008), Leader (2010) and Julai (2012) alongside Allu Arjun. She also hosted many audio launches,movie award functions.
