Botcha Satyanarayana is a politician of the Congress party in Andhra Pradesh. He is worked as the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee President. He is also worked as the Transport Minister in the Andhra Pradesh Government. His parents are Botsa Guru Naidu and Eswararamma. Political career
Satyanarayana is a MLA representing Cheepurupalli constituency in Andhra Pradesh. He served as Minister for Panchayat Raj in K Rosaiah's Government and as the Minister for Housing, Weaker Section Housing Program, AP Cooperative Housing Societies Federation and Housing Board in Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's Government.
Botcha Satyanarayana inaugurated a private retreading unit at Tupranpet village in Choutuppal mandal of Nalgonda district. Talking to media, he said that the power tariff would not be increased as recommended by discoms since the government did not want to burden people. Speaking about the Telangana issue, he said he hoped that the Centre would take a decision favorable to people of both the regions.
