Nikhil Siddhartha is an actor in the Telugu film industry. He was born on June 1, 1985 at Hyderabad, Telangana, India. His parents are Shyam Siddhartha and Veena Siddharth. He had one younger sister Sonali and one younger brother Rohit Siddhartha. Nikhil completed schooling at Hyderabad Public School (HPS) in Begumpet. He completed graduation at He studied at the Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad.

Nikhil started his film industrial entry as an assistant director for the film Hyderabad Nawaabs. He played minor roles in Sambaram, Hyderabad Nawabs. His first lead role is in the Shekar Kammula Happy Days, He is one of the four male lead roles in that movie.
